I did all my university studies at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL). First, I got a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Then I obtained a Master of Science in Fundamental Mathematics, with courses in Algebra, Logic and Topology. My Master’s Thesis focused on Continuous Reductions in Polish and Quasi-Polish Spaces and was under the supervision of Prof. Jacques Duparc. Right after completing this thesis, I started a PhD in the Mathematical Logic team of the University of Lausanne (UNIL) under his supervision. My research is in the field of descriptive set theory, with a special focus on the Wadge hierarchy of generalized Polish spaces.
